I was visited by two very nice and very friendly Mormon Elders. I am sorry, but I find it ironic that some of these elders that visit from time to time are younger than my kids, and I think they may even be younger than my cat. As they approached me and began asking me questions about my garden I was wondering how I might engage them in conversation about the scripture. So What Did He Write?

We've all heard the story about the woman caught in adultry right? You know...That one in the gospel of John. We've all probably heard quite a few different stories about what it was that Jesus was writing on the ground. And I'm sure some of you will have heard what I just discovered the other day too. Some have said, "He was writing down the sins of her accusers," or "He was doodling in the dust giving them time to scan their own lives, their own record on sin."
