Currently we are only $64.25 behind our budget for the month of August 2011.

Almost six and a half years ago I made the move from Pre-Millennial Dispensationalism to Preterism. What became exceedingly clear to me is that the symbolism that we find in the Bible isn't always as evident as one might expect. 

As of recently through my participation in broadcasts with Bryan Davis and Paul Rakowicz, I've become even more aware that so much has changed over the last 2000 years that we still have a long way to go in understanding not only the context of the passages we interpret, but also the writing styles and figures of speech common in their time.

Now let's turn the tables...

Watch this video and imagine what 1st century people would have done if they would have suddenly seen this person arrayed in bright white garments like this with. Imagine the look on their faces as they would be standing there listening to this spectacle. Then add on to that the sound of trumpets in this piece.
